We make every effort to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If below happens, please feel free to contact us at: info@lulumel.com, thanks.
♥ Parcel damaged or received wrong item: Contact us If your item has arrived damaged or wrong, we will send replacement for free immediately.
♥ We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers such as color choice, chain size, misspelled name, etc. Please double check and make sure you choosing the correct size and entering the correct name.
♥ Change order: If you wish to change the name, color, size etc on customize orders, please contact us at info@lulumel.com in 24 hours, we will not be able to change if it is exceed than 24 hours.
♥ Cancel order: Orders will be processed very shortly, as we are committed to send out your parcel ASAP. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at info@lulumel.com asap, we will process the full refund if order cancel in 24 hours.
♥ Lost Parcel: Replacement will be send for free if parcel is lost in transit due to express operation issue. lulumel will not cover any product fee and shipping costs, due to insufficient/wrong address, or the parcel can’t be pick up in time. Please make sure the address, zip code and tell are all right while ordering.
♥ Please contact your local Express, if the tracking info states that it was delivered but you didn’t received it, we will not responsible for this issue.
