Please note if you placed an order for a custom item and a non custom item, both will be shipped at the same time. If you will like to receive the non custom item sooner please make another order for those items alone.

Tracking information will automatically send to all customers by Email once your orders get ready (please double check to make sure you entered a correct Email). To check your shipping updates, please kindly click to our TRACK ORDER page and enter your tracking number to see the tracking details.

♥  Cancellations in 24 HOURS

We only allow cancellations in 24 HOURS, once an order is in production and is accepted by our Jewelry Designer it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by info@melodiajewelry.com in 24 hours.

♥  Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

♥  P.O. Box Shipping

P.O. box addresses is only available for USPS. We are unable to offer Express Shipping to these locations.

 ♥  Incorrect addresses/missing and lost packages.

Please note that the customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address.

♥  Duties & Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
